SMS Alert Program Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the SMS Alert Program operated by PROXI MANAGEMENT DECISIONS, LLC (“PROXI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

SMS Program Description

The PROXI SMS Alert Program provides operational text message notifications to authorized senior living facility staff and caregivers who have opted in to receive messages.

Messages may include notifications when the monitoring system detects an audible alarm or other configured event, follow-up notifications regarding an event, and requests for acknowledgment or response status.

The program may support two-way messaging. Recipients may respond to acknowledge an alert or provide a status update. Responses may be recorded by the PROXI system to help track whether an alert has been acknowledged and acted upon.

The SMS Alert Program is not intended for marketing or promotional messaging.

Consent

Users must provide consent before receiving SMS messages from PROXI.

Participation in the SMS Alert Program is voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on detected events, monitoring activity, follow-up notifications, and recipient interactions with the system.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier's standard messaging and data charges may apply to messages sent or received through the program.

Opt-Out

You may stop receiving PROXI SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages through the program unless you subsequently opt in again.

Message Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS delivery depends on wireless carriers, telecommunications networks, and other third-party infrastructure. PROXI cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered immediately or successfully.

The PROXI SMS Alert Program should not be relied upon as the sole means of emergency communication or emergency response.

Privacy

Information collected through the SMS Alert Program is handled according to the PROXI Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

PROXI may update these Terms & Conditions as the SMS program, operational requirements, or applicable requirements change.
