Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number and selecting the “SMS Alert Consent” checkbox on our website before submitting the applicable form.

SMS messages may include:

• Notifications of detected audible alarms or other configured monitoring events

• Requests for acknowledgment of an alert

• Follow-up notifications concerning an alert

Message frequency varies depending on monitoring activity and detected events. Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications or HELP for assistance.
