Translate technology/platform roadmap to key performance capabilities roadmaps, by year or by quarter.
-
Quantify the cost structure impact to the "inherited" product/application COGS for candidate technologies/platforms.
-
Map technology/platform development costs by technology node lineage, by year or by quarter.
-
Evaluate all product-platform combinations to compute the technology-dependent demand forecast for your roadmaps.
-
Optimize the Gross Profit of your product/application roadmaps, subject to aggregate technology expenditures and R&D budget.
-
Leverage the technology roadmap optimization process to maximize profits, on a recurring basis.
